We put Lucile in a difficult situation by engaging her to sell our home days before a transatlantic move. She was not concerned by the difficult challenge we had given her and oozed confidence and professionalism from our initial meeting and throughout the process. She repeatedly went above and beyond in helping to sell our house including during two hurricanes and their aftermath (even when her own home is up the street from ours), helping to manage debris clearance and damage remediation. Even with time zone differences and remote communication, she kept us involved throughout and made herself available to talk live whenever we needed her. She was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor (and that term does not cover all the care and attention Lucile provided during the sale of our house) and we can't recommend her highly enough.
